Krav Maga Intro Class

Thirty minutes spent with Krav Maga basics followed by the regular one hour level one class.

Krav Maga Level 1

The fundamentals of Krav Maga. Strong focus on movement and basic strikes such as front kicks and jabs and hooks. This class will develop your conditioning and retrain your mindset when it comes to self-defense.

Krav Maga Level 2-3

Developmental mastery of level 2 and level 3 techniques. Introduction of counterstrikes and more emphasis on ground work. Development of learned targeting when implementing self-defense techniques.

Krav Maga Level 4-5

Developmental mastery of level 4 and level 5 techniques. Introduction to weapon defenses: blunt, sharp/knife, and firearms. Developing recognition for technique openings and "targeted destruction."

Krav Maga Level 6

Developmental mastery of Krav Maga combat theory.  Required mastery of all previous techniques.

Krav Blast

A high-intensity interval training based Krav Maga workout. Strong focus on conditioning while implementing Krav techniques.

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu

Jiu-jitsu rooted in Judo with the philosophy that a smaller person can use biomechanical leverages to overcome a larger opponent.

Japanese Jiu-jitsu

Development of Japanese jiu-jitsu techniques: hand to hand combat, throws, submissions, and three-part fighting.

Practical Jiu-Jitsu

Development of various Jiu-jitsu techniques for use in practical real world application.


Classic kickboxing focusing on basic strikes and movement.

Kick 'n Strength

A kickboxing style class focused more on kicking than just punches., 

Focus Mitt Fit

A study in the fundamentals of boxing. Practice sequencing more advanced striking combinations, both delivering and holding.

Edge Weapon Defense

Development of defense from bladed weapons.


You are required to be a level two student and higher to attend this class.
